We are seeking free houses located in the area shown on the map trading at a minimum of £3,000 per week or 3 weekly beer barrels. We are particularly keen on market towns, large villages, urban areas with good local catchment, community locals and tourist areas and will consider pubs with dry income of up to 50% of the total turnover. To pay full market values and make a quick decision. In most instances, we will exchange contracts within 28 days and complete 4 weeks thereafter. However, this timescale can be varied to suit the seller.
If you simply want to cash in on the value of your premises, but at the same time stay on as a tenant, we will offer to lease the premises back on a tied tenancy agreement at a fair open market rental.
